Each team at Gates Enterprises is responsible for a specific area of our roofing operations. The Sales team generates revenue by generating leading, closing deals and facilitating projects. The Production team handles the actual roofing installations, material orders and repairs. The Billing team manages invoicing, insurance supplements and payments for completed projects. The Business Operations team oversees the overall functioning of the company, payroll, resource allocation, long term strategies and so on.
